Documents with a Privilege-type Mark activate the Privilege Basis option in the Work Inspector and Work Product Pallet. Use this to log the basis for the privilege that will be included in a Privilege Log Report. Select from the drop down or type the basis into the field.
Modify the Privilege Basis drop down by going to the Matter Menu and selecting Priv Basis.
