To place large sets of documents (the tool limit to select all is 10,000 rows) select CTRL on the keyboard while clicking on the Search button to activate the Save Results to... option. This option places the resulting filter set into either a binder or a draft production.
To create a new binder in which to place the filter set, right click on Binders and select New binder.
Once the new binder is created, click on that binder to add the resulting set to the selected binder.
