Document Indicators

When using the "Search with families" option, the gray row indicators highlight the family members on display that do not match the filter criteria.

The colored boxes in the Document List indicate the "state" that any given document is in. Hovering the mouse over any of the colored boxes will display a tool tip indicating what that color signifies.

What do the different colors mean?

Red

The document has a Privileged-type mark

Black

The document has been Clawed back

Blue

The document has been produced

Green

The document is in a draft production

Yellow

A duplicate of the document has been produced

Purple

The document contains redactions and/or annotations

LightBlue

The document is in a received production

Internal

Emails that are "internal" to a conversation thread are denoted with a special indicator next to the email icon. They can be optionally filtered out of the result set by choosing the "Include longest threads only" filter option (Include only longest thread).
