To create a Draft production, right-click a document or a group of documents and select Add to production… -> New production…
- OR -
Switch to Drafts and click the "Create Production" option on the ribbon menu
To add a document or group of documents to an existing Draft production, right-click the selected documents and select Add to production... Choose one of the existing productions shown.
When the result set being produced is too large to select, hold down the CTRL key while clicking on the Search button:
Right-click on Draft Productions to add to a new production:
After creating the new production it must be selected for the filter results to be added:
