Documents with a privilege-type Mark activate the Privilege Basis option in the Work Inspector and Work Product Palette. Use this to log the basis for privilege that will be included in the Privilege Log Report. Select from the drop down or type the basis into the field.
Modify the Privilege Basis drop down by going to Matter -> Priv Basis.
