To specify production-related settings on a per-file-type basis go to the Drafts menu and select Production Types.
The option to modify the time out settings has been moved to the Production Settings dialog.
Specific file extensions can be configured to produce natively by default by checking the checkbox in the Native column next to the appropriate extension. Add new extensions to the list by entering them in the top row denoted by the + sign.
After making the desired changes, click the Apply button to have them take effect.
To restore the default extension/native mappings click Restore Defaults button.
