The Privilege Basis option in the Work Inspector and Work Product Pallet is available for all documents with a Privilege type mark. Use this to log the basis for the privilege that will be included in a Privilege Log Report. Select from the drop down or type the basis into the field.
Modify the Privilege Basis drop down by going to Matter - Priv Basis.
To view the Privilege Log, click on the Matter Menu and select Privilege log:
